It’s here, it’s here! The Spring 2014 Book Fair has arrived! And this fair’s theme is a good one – we’re having a Book Fair fiesta!

All week, the Book Fair will be in the Johnson Library. Students are welcome to shop during their regular library time (or their re-scheduled class, if they usually come on Mondays) or with an adult before or after school. Students can also stop by to shop during the school day with a note from their teacher.

The Book Fair will also be open for shopping Wednesday evening during the Spring Picnic! Stop by to get all of your favorite Scholastic titles for amazing buy one, get one free prices. All books at the fair are buy one, get one of equal or lesser value free – even the big packs of multiple books! It’s a great deal – and a great way to gear up for summer reading.

Our Teacher Wishlists are back, by popular demand! Students, teachers, and families all loved the Teacher Wishlist tree at the Winter Book Fair. We don’t have a tree this season, but our Teacher Wishlist board has the same wishlists you know and love. Get your favorite teacher an end-of-the year gift they’re sure to love by picking up one of the books from their wish list. Teachers use these books in their classrooms for years to come, and it’s a gift that are sure to make them smile!

Have you heard about our Fiesta Raffle yet? Tune in to this week’s Friday Photo to learn all about how your family can read the Ultimate Summer Reading kit, and help to fund scholarships for deserving Johnson students at the same time!

I hope to see you at our BOGO Book Fair Fiesta this week! Stop by and say hi!
