Welcome to the Saintly Spotlight! The brilliant idea of Jack the library intern, The Saintly Spotlight is an opportunity for St. Anne’s-Belfield School’s most passionate readers to share their reading lives with their school community. All students in grades 5-8 are welcome to apply by customizing a Google Slides template with common reading related questions. Each week, a different middle school student will be chosen and have the chance to “take over” the Saintly Spotlight corner with their favorite books, decorations, and chatchkes from home. Additionally, their Spotlight slideshow will play on the library TVs all week long.
Congratulations to last week’s Saintly Spotlight, Spicer! Spicer has given me some amazing book recommendations in the past, and you’ll find some of his favorites in his slideshow. We also have the same favorite reading buddy. Purring makes the perfect background for a good book!
