This moment from my February #antiracistbookclub read flipped a switch in my brain. OF COURSE! How didn’t I think of this before?! My conversations with students are already so different because of this small, but critical, distinction.

What do you think of this purposeful language? Would you use it in your conversations, with people of any age? What other “OF COURSE” moments am I missing?
