What is Ms. Fitz reading?
Here’s the view from March 3!
February is one of the most difficult months in teaching, in my opinion. This February has been especially weird, with zero snow days, wild weather, and lots of extra obligations. If I’m being honest, I’m kind of surprised I read this many books. Small victories!
Of the 21 books I read this month, 14 are available in our library and 6 were suggested by students, teachers, and families.
In February I especially loved Go With the Flow, Emmy in the Key of Code, Malcolm X: By Any Means Necessary, Kid Gloves, Free Lunch, As Brave As You, Genesis Begins Again, Indian No More, The Crossover: The Graphic Novel, Dig., and Halfway Normal. Not too shabby for the trickiest month of the year!
