Student Book Review: Elisabeth’s Review of Frindle, by Andrew Clements

Frindle, by  Andrew Clements

I really liked the book I just read, called Frindle. I think you would, too. It is about a boy who likes to liven things up at his school. Some teachers liked it, and some teachers did not! He also has tricks for postponing homework assignments.

But when he gets to fifth grade, that changes. The English and grammar teacher Mrs. Granger (also known as Dangerous Grangerous) changes everything. Nick ends up giving an oral report on dictionaries, and making up a new word that causes a commotion! Find out what happens in Frindle.

This book review was written by Johnson student Elisabeth. Elisabeth is in the fourth grade.
