Last week after Angie Thomas spoke to Charlottesville with Cville OneBook at the The Jefferson School, a panel of incredibly brave and eloquent local students answered questions about their experience with The Hate U Give, racism, and living in Charlottesville. I asked this remarkable group what advice they had for educators to support and empower their students. Here’s what they said.
