What is Ms. Fitz reading? Here’s the view from November 4th!
October was a hard month, and it impacted my reading. With travel, sickness, speaking engagements, and work craziness, I didn’t get to spend as much time with books as I wanted to. I’m looking forward to a more relaxed November (🤞🤞) with more time to do the things I love.
Of the 18 books I read this month, 13 are available for checkout in our library and 7 were suggested by (or borrowed from) students and families.
In October I really loved The Smell of Other People’s Houses, Camp, This is How it Always Is (one of my favorite of 2019!), Hidden Figures: Young Reader’s Edition, and White Rose. I also loved Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and El Deafo, re-reads of old favorites.
The kids noticed my wall’s slower progression this month, and they weren’t quiet about it! 😉 Hopefully I’ll make them proud in November.
