This is the infographic that I designed to answer the questions that my new coworkers are way too nice and welcoming to ask outloud: “Why are you here, and what do you do??”

I’ve been working with my new school’s leadership team to build this role from scratch, and I’m proud and excited about what we’ve created. It feels thoughtful and personal, just like the program we’re trying to build.

So far, working as a Distance Learning Coordinator is full of deep listening, building connections, tackling puzzles, creating systems, and creative problem solving. Luckily, I love all of these things. Right now, the fresh challenge feels rewarding and invigorating – check back with me in a month or two 😉
